Hello, my name is Brett Passarella

I am licensed in New Jersey as a certified massage therapist. I have been relieving pain and restoring hope for clients in South Jersey for 20 years. My history working alongside chiropractors, in addition to advanced training in Cranial Sacral, Hakomi, and Reiki has given me a wealth of information and experience. I treat patients struggling with a variety of problems, ranging from deep, chronic issues, to recent physical or emotional injuries.

Therapeutic massage and bodywork will help both physical and emotional pain and stress, while lifting your spirits through the release of tension. Flexibility returns as your muscles are freed from stiffness and rigidity. Integrated Massage and Bodywork Session

Many life experiences can cause changes in our breathing. Physical or psychological trauma, surgery, the sudden death or illness of a loved one, auto accidents and injuries can all have a profound impact on the body. The diaphragm can spasm and will shorten the breath, in turn limiting the amount of oxygen we breathe in. This is one common cause of tension. Changes in our breath can create digestion and emotional problems.

Through a session with me, we can learn the underlying cause of your body’s pain and stiffness. In between sessions, I will give you breathing, strengthening and stretching exercises to assist you physically and emotionally, if needed. Our first session includes discussing your history, for me to learn about your past physical and emotional experiences.

Therapeutic Sports Massage Session

Derived from “sports massage therapy”. This is an interactive session to release pain and tension. In this 30 minute session you will receive relief from pent up tension and physical in balances.
Combining deep tissue, ischemic compression, contract and relax technique, deep breathing, assisted stretching and trager therapy. Wear comfortable clothing.
