About Divine Harmonies
Love is the essential building block of all life, of all creation, and is the fundamental essence of all that is. We experience lack of love as anger, hurt, fear, pain, and loss. We experience the presence of love as joy, happiness, contentment, and purpose.
The mission of Divine Harmonies is to amplify the frequency of Love through healing – love for oneself, love for others, and releasing all that separates us from true connection. It involves transcending labels, affiliations, experiences, and expectations. This does not mean glossing over the hurt and the pain we may feel, but rather facing it, validating it, discovering what lessons and growth our challenges have offered us, and re-aligning to the frequency of Love in an intentional way.
Divine Harmonies utilizes sound healing tools, guided meditation, Usui Reiki energy work, intuitive channeling, and traditional music therapy techniques. Music and energy work truly engage us on a complete mind-body-spirit continuum. From the sound vibrations felt by our physical bodies, to the emotional responses certain songs are able to evoke, to the feeling of connection to something greater than ourselves, music touches us on all levels of our being. Similarly, our energetic body is an inseparable component of who we are, working conjointly with our physical bodies and spiritual selves.
Sara Joy Kuhlen, owner and founder of Divine Harmonies, puts her heart into her work, utilizing a variety of practices to best meet clients’ needs. She is a board-certified music therapist of over 15 years, Reiki and sound healing practitioner, physical empath, and intuitive channel. She has extensive experience working with those who have trauma histories and those struggling with grief & loss. She is also Co-Director of the Vibrational Healing Institute which has a mission of increasing awareness and acceptance of vibrational healing modalities such as sound healing and energy work, and training the next generation of vibrational healers.
